Stephen Cartwright

Stephen Cartwright
Chairman, Presiding board over the General Assembly

Stephen has been Trade Commissioner for Hong Kong and Macao, based at the British-Consulate-General in Hong Kong, since July 2010.  This is a four year posting.

Stephen’s main responsibilities are to help UK companies do business in Hong Kong and Macao, or through these places into mainland China.  Stephen works in a team of twenty-five in the Consulate who deal with both trade and investment activities.
