Since arriving in Macau, Jill Rigg has been active in PRC HR consulting with major corporations within the PRD region.  She has organised several HR Seminars covering the region of Macau/PRD on Labour Law, Employee Data Privacy Protection Law and recent Non-resident labour law in Macau.  She has also been the initiator of many BBAM luncheon functions – Macau Light Rail Rapid Transit Development, the Role of Non Residents in the Macao Hospitality Industry, Overview of the Design of the HK/Zhuhai/Macao bridge and many others.  She is a founder of the HR industry in Asia, firstly in Hong Kong, then to PRC and now assisting in Macao. She has produced several papers for Universities on Chinese ~ Western system of management and has lectured to students in UMAC and HK University Faculties of Business Administration on women in business and entrepreneurism.  She is also a founder of the Real Estate industry in Hong Kong.  Jill served on the Hong Kong Government Labour Advisory Council for 10 years representing the recruitment industry.  She is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors – UK.  Also a founding member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management.
